► VisionCorps of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, paid $3.5 million for the 9.64-acre development at 6818 Murray St. in Little Rock owned by North Carolina’s Winston-Salem Industries for the Blind Inc.
► Little Rock’s Bank OZK bought a 2.5-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Cantrell Road and Chenonceau Boulevard in west Little Rock from the Louis E. Schickel Revocable Trust for $2.8 million.
► Village at Brodie Creek LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, sold a 3.4-acre commercial lot adjoining the south side of the Topgolf project in west Little Rock for $2.5 million.
Who acquired the site on Topgolf Way? Crain Investment Ltd., led by Larry Crain Jr.
► Associated Business Consultants LLC, led by Brandon and Brittany Huffman, purchased a 4,889-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood from the Timothy Scott Proctor Revocable Trust for nearly $2.4 million.
► Ascent Development Group LLC, led by Eric Holloway, sold more than 74 acres adjoining the northern edge of Maumelle for more than $2 million.
Who bought the land along the Union Pacific railroad tracks between Old Maumelle Road and Bradley Road to develop the Stone Canyon residential project? Gosen LLC, led by Joseph Park.
► RMA AR Real Estate LLC, led by Elsie Alvarez, acquired 19 residential properties in Little Rock for more than $1.3 million.

► Auras Atreya sold a 5,030-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood to Juan Huang and Jun Deng for nearly $1.1 million.
