Jane-Alyse VonOhlen has been promoted to vice president of human resources and organizational development at USAble Life in Little Rock.
VonOhlen has overseen the company’s organizational development efforts for five years and helped build a learning and organizational development department at Mary Washington Healthcare in Virginia.
Kristen Searls has been hired as special events coordinator of United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas in Little Rock, and Jerry Bailey has been hired as a business development associate.
Searls previously worked with United Cerebral Palsy of Birmingham and Best Buddies International, and Bailey has worked with March of Dimes.
