Waco Title Forms, Adds Location in Van Buren

After 61 years as Mosley Title Co., the Fort Smith title insurance company has completed its transition under Waco ownership, becoming Waco Title.

Mosley Title was acquired by Waco Title in 2006. The name change allows the company to “further unite with the Waco teams across Arkansas and Missouri,” a press release said.

Waco Title in Fort Smith serves Sebastian and Crawford counties and surrounding areas.

In addition to the name change, Waco Title has opened a new office at 1514 Fayetteville Road in Van Buren, the company’s 17th location.
