
A new quartet of million-dollar deals in Faulkner County has formed. Out front is the $4 million sale of a Walgreens at 850 Oak St. in Conway.
Karma Fund 9 LLC of Florida bought the project from a Walgreens affiliate, Harkrider & Oak LLC of Deerfield, Illinois.
Just down the street, a competitor assembled a 1.5-acre site at the southeast corner of Oak and Harkrider streets for more than $3.7 million.
CVS 105189 AR LLC, an affiliate of CVS Pharmacy of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, purchased most of the property from Conway’s Hurley Property Management LLC for $3.1 million.
CVS added an adjoining 0.4-acre parcel in a $646,000 deal with M.M. Satterfield Oil Co. of Conway
On the backside, Hurley Property Management acquired the 19,278-SF Meadowlake Corner retail project at 2100 Meadowlake Road for $1.55 million.
Seller: Meadowlake Corner LLC, a Nabholz Properties affiliate.
Completing the group is a 10,000-SF warehouse at 1705 Whitten Road that changed hands in a $1 million deal.
Retif/Conway LLC of Harvey, Louisiana, bought the project from Knox Nelson Oil Co. of Pine Bluff.
