Walmart’s Snapbox Buys in Little Rock Total $5.3MLock Icon

This week’s quartet of big real estate transactions is composed of mini-storage properties in Little Rock and medical buildings in North Little Rock and west Little Rock.

► Affiliates of Bentonville’s Walmart Stores Inc. bought two Snapbox mini-storage projects in south Little Rock from affiliates of Philadelphia’s Self Storage Capital Partners for a combined $5.3 million.

  • North Star Geyer LLC acquired the 376-unit project at 8015 Geyer Springs Road for $3.2 million from SSCP Geyer Springs RD LLC.
  • North Star Leon LLC purchased the 562-unit project at 6100 Leon Circle for $2.1 million from SSCP Leon Circle LLC.

► HD Holding Co., led by Gary Hunter, sold the 25,834-SF Arkansas Pediatric facility at 4100 Heritage Drive in North Little Rock for more than $3.8 million.

Buyer: Branmat Corp., led by Stephen Sink.

► SCF RC Funding IV LLC, an affiliate of SCF Realty Capital in Princeton, New Jersey, bought the Arkansas Maxillofacial Surgery Center at 5400 Highland Drive in west Little Rock

Price for the 5,566-SF project: $2.5 million.
