Wanda King and Debbie Gunter have been promoted to federal employee program operations manager and director of performance management and special investigations at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock.
King joined ABCBS in 1992 as a telemarketing representative, and was also a marketing coordinator for Health Advantage, a manager of Medicare secondary payer accounts and of Health Advantage customer accounts.
Gunter joined ABCBS in 1977 and has worked in ratings and statistics, quality assurance, and internal audit and enterprise development services. She was also a manager for customer service and exchange customer service.
