A 25,248-SF warehouse-showroom in Sherwood tipped the scales at $1.83 million.

Jackson Street Group LLC, led by Matthew Lane and Lane Patterson, bought the Furniture Factory Outlet at 6527 Warden Road. The seller is FFO Wichita Partners LLC, led by Johnny Mizell.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1.5 million from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

The 1.78-acre development previously helped secure an August 2014 mortgage of $1.9 million held by Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

FFO Wichita Partners purchased the location for $375,000 in September 2002 from Larrison Family Ltd., led by Diane Gibson.

NLR Warehouse-Showroom
A 30,420-SF warehouse-showroom in North Little Rock weighed in at nearly $1.67 million.

Sunny Slope Holdings LLC of Springfield, Missouri, acquired the Pella Windows & Doors project at 8740 Maumelle Blvd. from Kevin Horton Properties LLC.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $1.2 million and a 10-year loan of $251,250 from Central Bank of the Ozarks of Springfield, Missouri.

The 2.41-acre development was bought for $850,000 in September 1999 from the Gerald F. Horton Revocable Trust.

Multifamily Transaction I
A 24-unit apartment project in downtown Little Rock changed hands in a $720,000 deal.

Louisiana Terrace Opportunity Fund LLC, led by Mark Brown and Jill Judy, purchased its namesake apartment property at 1717 Louisiana St. from First National Bank of Paragould.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $612,000 and a three-year loan of $550,000 from Armor Bank of Forrest City.

First National, as successor to Little Rock’s One Bank & Trust, recovered the 0.77-acre development three months ago from James McDaniel, Barry Jackson and their NuAge Property Developers LLC at a $700,000 foreclosure sale.

Triple-Bill Sale
Three commercial properties in southwest Little Rock drew a $515,000 transaction.

Ben Davis Properties Management LLC led by Ben and Diane Davis, bought the 3,733-SF F.E.E.D. First USA project at 6124 Baseline Road, the 10,842-SF former American Taekwondo Association headquarters at 6210 Baseline and its 26,485-SF office-warehouse. The seller is Martial Arts Services Inc., led by Neil Morton.

The 3.91-acre ATA development was acquired for $2.5 million in October 2005 from Sun Cha Lee, widow of ATA founder H.U. Lee.

The adjoining 0.87-acre development was purchased for $260,000 in June 2006 from Carl and Caroline Finkbeiner.

Multifamily Transaction II
A 20-unit apartment project in North Little Rock rang up a $450,000 sale.

Callahan Properties LLC, led by Patricia and Robert Callahan Jr., acquired the 5732 Camp Robinson Road project from Steven and Stephanie Deere.

The deal is financed with five-year loans of $355,000 and $100,000 from Arvest Bank.

The 1.39-acre development previously was tied to a March 2014 mortgage of $573,570 held by Little Rock’s Bank OZK.

The property was bought for $400,000 in March 1992 from Elwood and Dorothy Deere and Douglas and Janet Gorrie.

Closed Red Roof
A dormant 2.16-acre hotel site in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $275,000 deal.

Newcap Land Holdings LLC, led by A.J. Gilbert, purchased the former Red Roof Inn at 704 E. 21st St. The seller, LRC Acquisition LLC of Montgomery, Alabama, carried the sale in the form of a five-year loan of $275,000.

LRC Acquisition acquired the property for $275,000 in November 2015 from Remi Enterprises Inc. of San Antonio.

Commercial Site
A 2.22-acre commercial parcel in Sherwood sold for $253,800.

W.E. Investments LLC of Monroe, Louisiana, bought the property on the east side of Newman Drive in the Sycamore Commercial Park from KLBCG LLC, led by Karl Goshen.

KLBCG purchased the land for $175,000 in August 2012 from Sycamore Commercial Park LLC, led by James Dietz.

Forest Heights Manor
A 5,528-SF home in Little Rock’s Forest Heights neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.1 million.

Wesley and Claire McGeorge acquired the house from Scott and Meredith Beau.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $988,500 from Paragould’s First National Bank.

The residence previously was linked with a December 2012 mortgage of $403,800 held by Arvest Bank.

The Beaus bought the property for $1.5 million in November 2004 from Gene and Candy Levy and Gertrude Levy.

Heights Home
A 3,465-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock changed hands in a $749,500 deal.

Steven and Danielle Cherney purchased the house from Samuel and Jodeen Evans.

The deal is funded with a 15-year loan of $673,801 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.

The residence previously was tied to an August 2017 mortgage of $573,680 held by Delmar Financial Co. of St. Louis.

The Evans family acquired the property for $717,000 16 months ago from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC.

Accadia Court
A 3,977-SF home in the Accadia Court neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development drew a $605,000 transaction. Stephanie and Lawrence Greiten bought the house from Jason and Angela Wardell.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $605,000 from IberiaBank. The residence previously was linked with a December 2013 mortgage of $417,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The location was purchased for $105,000 in May 2013 from the Coburn Living Trust, led by Roger Coburn Jr. and his wife, Julie.

Ensbury Place
A 3,672-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development rang up a $566,000 sale.

The Kenneth & Sandra Starnes Revocable Trust acquired the house from Billy Hartness Construction Co., led by Brenda Hartness. The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $416,000 from Relyance Bank.

The residence previously was tied to a February 2018 mortgage of $452,500 held by First Security Bank of Searcy.

The site was bought for $94,000 in December 2017 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.

The Courts
A 5,510-SF home in The Courts neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development is under new ownership after a $550,000 deal.

Brent and Courtney Cancienne purchased the house from Benjamin and Kendra Jones. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $330,000 from Ark-La-Tex Financial Services LLC of Plano, Texas.

The residence previously was linked with a December 2017 mortgage of $438,750 held by Springdale’s Tyson Foods Inc. The Jones family acquired the property for $550,000 in March 2010 from Philip and Angela Gamache.

Miramar Place
A 3,746-SF home in the Miramar Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development sold for $520,000.

Kenneth Turner bought the house from the estate of Steven Wolfe.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $326,00 from Highlands Residential Mortgage Ltd. of Dallas.

The residence previously was tied to a September 2016 mortgage of $416,640 held by Bancorpsouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The property was purchased for $521,000 27 months ago from Clinton Properties Inc., led by Bruce Clinton.
