Megan Wells and Kate Davidson have been named partners at Hilburn & Harper Ltd. in North Little Rock.

Davidson practices commercial and real estate law as well as commercial litigation support. Wells practices domestic relations law and has significant trial experience. Wells and Davidson earned their law degrees from the Bowen School of Law.

Kate Lachowsky-Kahn, Heather Martin-Herron and Nicole Murray have been promoted to various positions at Wilson & Associates PLLC, an affiliate of The Wilson Law Group, in Little Rock.

Lachowsky-Kahn and Martin-Herron have been promoted to partner. They have been with the firm since 2012 and most recently served as associate partners. Murray has been promoted to attorney.

Murray joined the firm in 2015 as a law clerk and worked her way up to her most previous position of associate partner.

Lachowsky-Kahn is the chair of the firm’s professional advancement committee and also serves on the firm’s policy committee and firm activities committee. She is also supervising attorney of the docket team for Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi, and the supervising attorney of the Mississippi bankruptcy legal department.

Martin-Herron is the supervising attorney of bankruptcy practices. She was also the 2017 and 2019 Wilson Impact Recognition Education & Development Award recipient and is currently the chair of the firm’s policy committee.

Murray is the vice chair of the firm’s professional advancement committee and a member of the firm’s legislative committee and firm activities committee.

Lachowsky-Kahn and Martin-Herron received their law degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law in 2011. Murray earned her law degree from the Bowen School in 2017.


Erica Sorrells has been promoted to director of employee services at The Wilson Law Group in Little Rock. Sorrells previously served as employee services manager.

Sorrells joined the firm in 2006 and began working with the employee services department in 2012.


Robyn Allmendinger, Bryant Cranford, Rick Donovan, Peter Kumpe, David Martin, Paul Parnell, David Powell, Brian Rosenthal and Madeline Taylor have all been recognized by the 2021 Chambers USA guide to top lawyers and law firms nationwide for their work at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock.

Allmendinger ranked in the area of corporate/commercial and real estate law.

Cranford ranked in the area of employee benefits and compensation. Donovan was recognized in the area of general commercial litigation.

Kumpe ranked in general commercial litigation. Martin ranked in labor and employment law. Parnell was recognized in tax law.

Powell ranked in general commercial litigation. Rosenthal ranked in corporate/commercial, environment and real estate law. Taylor ranked in real estate law.
