Wendy’s Combo Totals $9.7M

Vereit Acquisitions of Phoenix purchased four Wendy's restaurants in Pulaski County. The separate transactions totaled $9.7 million.

► A quartet of Wendy’s in Pulaski County generated a series of million-dollar transactions totalling $9.7 million.

• Sea Salt LLC of Memphis sold the 3,404-SF eatery at 17716 Cantrell Road in west Little Rock for $3.4 million.

• Main Street Realty LLC, led by William Shelton Jr., sold the 3,086-SF restaurant at 8901 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock for $2.2 million.

• Conwen LLC of Memphis sold the 3,016-SF eatery at 10924 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock for $2.1 million.

• Onejay LLC, led by Jeffrey Voskamp, sold the 3,107-SF restaurant at 708 W. Main St. in Jacksonville for $2 million.

The properties were all purchased by Vereit Acquisitions LLC, an affiliate of Vereit Inc. of Phoenix.

► The Cedar Point Revocable Trust, led by David and Lauren Huckabee, bought an 8,885-SF mansion in the Longwood Road neighborhood of west Pulaski County for $2.1 million.

Seller? The Charlotte Leigh Caroom Revocable Trust.

► ERB Holdings LLC, led by Matt Sitton, assembled a 2.16-acre parcel for redevelopment in Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Sellers: The DLGCFG Trust, led by Clara Faye George, a nearly 1.8-acre property with a 2,600-SF house at 19410 Cantrell Road; and Glen and Gayla Gibbons, a half-acre property with a 1,883-SF house at 19420 Cantrell Road.

$1 Million Home Sale

A 4,488-SF home in Fayetteville’s Clear Creek subdivision — the gated community surrounding John Tyson’s Blessing Golf Club — recently sold for $1.03 million.

The buyers were John and Andrea Hearnsberger. They got a $824,000 loan from U.S. Bank.

The home sits on an acre and has four bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms.

The seller was Susan Ellen Bouldin Anders. Susan and Sterling Anders acquired the land for $85,000 in 2004.
