West Little Rock Apartment Site Sells for Nearly $4MLock Icon

We crack open this week’s million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County with building sites in west Little Rock and Maumelle.

► Club View LLC, led by Haitham Alley, paid $3.95 million for a 15.1-acre future apartment site at the northeast corner of Bowman Road and Col. Glenn Plaza Drive in west Little Rock.

Seller: Village at BC LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.

► D.R. Horton Inc. of Arlington, Texas, purchased 50 lots in The Reserve at Country Club neighborhood for $3.2 million from Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc.

► Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by Alan Bubbus, sold a 7 Brew coffee shop development at 11418 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock to 11418 Glendewar LLC of San Diego for more than $1.3 million.

► George and Jana Cress bought a 5,392-SF house in west Little Rock’s Terra Bella neighborhood from Kelsey Hatcher Dacus for more than $1.2 million.

► Zachary and Molly Lambertsen sold a 3,235-SF house in the Heights area of Little Rock to Justin and Melissa Majcher for more than $1.1 million.

► Michael Luna acquired a 4,550-SF house in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for more than $1 million from MJ Innovative Builders Corp., led by Jamal Solaimanian.

► Presbytery of Arkansas and First Presbyterian Church sold the 15,070-SF church at 201 W. Fourth St. in downtown North Little Rock for $1 million.

Buyer: Regal Beagle Holdings LLC, led by Thomas Allen Engstrom.
