West Little Rock Apartment Unit Sells for $32.4MLock Icon

Apartments, warehouses and offices make up this week’s million-dollar deals.

 Nineteen limited liability companies, affiliates of Canyon View Capital in Santa Cruz, California, paid $32.4 million for the 216-unit Highland Pointe Apartments at 5500 Highland Drive in west Little Rock.

The seller is West LR Highland Pointe Associates LLC, an affiliate of Maxus Properties in North Kansas City, Missouri.

► 43 Warren Drive LLC of Brooklyn, New York, bought its namesake address in Little Rock for more than $8.9 million.

Who sold the 184-unit Autumn Park Apartments complex? Bloom Management Inc., led by Melba Marshall.

 100 Murphy Drive LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, sold its namesake address in Maumelle for $3.7 million.

Who purchased the 154,800-SF former Windsor Door warehouse? KLLWRECO LLC, led by Kyle Lamb and Laurie Lamb Whitfield.

 The 7,468-SF home of Harco Constructors and a six-building, 36,000-SF warehouse project at 8060 Counts Massie Road in North Little Rock shifted ownership in a deal valued at more than $3.3 million.

Yellow Dog Leasing LLC, led by Ryan Harper and Niklas Harper, acquired the property from Rod-Chuck LLC, led by Rodney Thomason, Charles Harper and Ryan Harper.

 7700 Indian Trail Management LLC, led by Stuart Berryhill and David Berryhill, bought its namesake address in Little Rock for more than $1.7 million.

Who sold the 30-unit Indian Villa Apartments? Arban Investments Properties LLC, led by Mohammad Rahman, Nick Chowdhury and Ahsanul Huq.

 Old World Plaza Association Ltd., led by William Daniel Thomas III, sold its namesake 24,531-SF office project at 420 and 425 W. Broadway in downtown North Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.

Buyer: Foul Ball Broadway LLC, led by Wes Martin and John Hathaway.
