West Little Rock Storage Project Sells for $8.8MLock Icon

Storage units, homes and a manufacturing facility make up this week’s million-dollar deals:

► Westport Little Rock Cunningham Self Storage LLC, an affiliate of Westport Properties of Irvine, California, paid $8.8M for the 675-unit Modern Storage project at 8500 Cunningham Lake Road in Little Rock. 

Seller: Modern SW LLC, led by Keith Richardson.

 Crain Properties LLC, led by Larry Crain Sr., bought the Circle K at 11821 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock for more than $3.7 million.

Seller? Colonel Bowman LLC, led by Jared Coleman.

 Michele and Fred Stearns sold their 5,726-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for $1.3 million.

Buyer: the Edwards Family Trust, led by Frazier and Deborah Edwards.

 Gregory and Jennifer Barnes purchased a 4,538-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock from Sylvester and Irena Pupkowski for more than $1.2 million.

 Benjamin and Jennifer Bienvenu sold their 6,178-SF home in Cammack Village to Virginia and Charles Crocker Jr. for more than $1.2 million.

 Chandler and Kelli Rackley acquired a 3,870-SF home in the Somersett Estates neighborhood of west Pulaski County from Richard and Katrina Jackson for more than $1.1 million.

 The owner of Fayetteville storage container manufacturer Hogbox paid $4.1 million for the 23-acre complex.

Lori Devecsery bought the property, which includes a 84,334-SF facility, through her Red Hawk Properties LLC. The property is on South City Lake Road.

Legacy National Bank provided loans of $3.5 million and $2 million.

The seller was Farrell Hogeye Property Holdings LLC, led by Carolyn Farrell. Carolyn Farrell is the widow of Earl Farrell, who founded the company in 1982. Earl Farrell died in August 2022 at the age of 70.
