► SVPLP Steeplechase-Stagecoachwag LLC of Oakland, California, bought the 14,880-SF Walgreens at 8815 Stagecoach Road for $6 million.
Seller: Gary Cohen & Joan Ruth Cohen Living Trust.
► PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington, sold 10.8 acres at the northwest corner of Kanis and Rahling roads in west Little Rock in two transactions totaling almost $3 million.

► Fitzroy Riverdale LLC, led by Brandon Huffman, purchased 11.4 acres near the southwest corner of Riverfront Drive and Cedar Hill Road and a 2-acre parcel along the south side of Cottondale Drive in the Riverdale area of Little Rock for more than $2.8 million from Alltel Corp., an affiliate of Verizon Communications Inc. of New York.
► PB General Holdings (Cabot 89) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold the 9,360-SF Dollar General at 3001 Tates Mill Road in north Pulaski County for more than $1.5 million.
Buyer: Brook Hollow Apartments of Texarkana LLC, led by Tony Asbille.
► The Marbaise Family Trust, led by Jon and Sandra Marbaise, acquired a 9,740-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood from Karen Kozlowski for $1.2 million.
