► Wolf Track Farm LLC, led by Chris Primm, paid $3.4 million for the 15,685-SF Sterling Plaza at 101 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock.
Seller: 101 South Shackleford LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson. The project is home to FedEx Office, Appliances 4 Less and the Arkansas Blood Institute.
► Eliza and Alec Gaines bought a 6,100-SF house near the Country Club of Little Rock from Simon Mears and Mary Grace Kelly for more than $2.7 million.
► RG AR Oak Street LLC, an affiliate of DCM Group in Clayton, Missouri, sold the 6,776-SF Oak St. Health clinic at 5500 W. 12th St. for more than $2.3 million.
Buyer: FCPT Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Four Corners Property Trust in Mill Valley, California.
► The North Little Rock School District purchased a 13,480-SF office building at 3201 Hwy. 161 for $1.9 million from Applied Technology Group Inc., led by Scott Landers.
► Stephen and Debra Morrison sold two apartment buildings and two duplexes in Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.

► JEA Investments LLLP, led by John Allen IV and Catherine Allen, acquired a 3,964-SF commercial building at 5034 Club Road in Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

► Mountain View’s Stone Bank recovered nine commercial buildings in Little Rock from 3200 Myers Street Partners LLC, an affiliate of RPP Products of Bloomington, California, in a nearly $1.3 million foreclosure sale.
The bank took possession of properties with more than 193,000 SF under roof at 3100 and 3800 W. 31st St., 3000, 3009 and 3201 S. Elm St., 3013 and 3015 Lewis St. and 4119 and 4313 Asher Ave.
