Hotels, apartments, shopping centers and more make up this week’s list of million-dollar real estate transactions and construction.

► SAI Bentonville LLC, led by Dinesh Patel, paid $4.5 million for the 84-room Extended Stay America at 10800 Kanis Road in west Little Rock

Seller: ESA P Portfolio LLC of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

► Capital City LLC of Nolensville, Tennessee, bought 15 apartments at 4200, 4206 and 4210 Locust St. in North Little Rock and 16 units at 515 Brookside Drive in Little Rock for $1.8 million.

Seller: Roost Holdings LLC, led by James Ray, Matthew Wiles, Ryan Elledge and Kevin Raney.

► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC sold a 4,815-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock to Hector Soriano-Baron and Cassandra Ceron-Rios for $1.7 million.

► Skin in the Game LLC, led by Drs. Andrea Mabry and Kayla Mohr, purchased a 2.8-acre site near the northwest corner of Rahling Road and Chenal Valley Drive in west Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.

► The William Gary Darwin & Beverly Jo Darwin Revocable Trust sold a 4,057-SF house in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock for more than $1.4 million to the Amelia Moss Murphy Living Trust.

► Mark and Barbara Crandell acquired a 5,803-SF home in Little Rock’s St. John’s Wood neighborhood for nearly $1.1 million to Rhodes Family Revocable Trust, led by Noah Rhodes Jr.

► Bethel Holdings LLC, led by John Gathright and William Woodyard Jr., sold a 4,020-SF office building at 15108 Pride Valley Road and an adjoining parcel in west Little Rock for more than $1 million.

► All Partners LLC, led by Khalid and Ziad Alqam, bought a 9,920-SF neighborhood shopping center at 6416 Col. Glenn Road in Little Rock from Blackstone Investment Group LLC of San Diego for more than $1 million.

► Thomas and Janet Fitzsimmons sold a 3,375-SF home in Little Rock’s Foxcroft neighborhood to JRN Revocable Trust, led by Jonathan Ryan Newcomb, for $1 million.
