The 2.4-acre development previously was tied to a May 2017 mortgage of $2 million held by the Business Bank of St. Louis.
West Scenic Partners purchased the property for $3.9 million more than two years ago from Scenic Hill Properties Ltd., led by James Kincannon.
Warehouse Buy
A 91,000-SF warehouse in Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.35 million.
8001 Assembly Court LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, bought its namesake address from OB CRE I LLC, led by Rick O’Brien.
The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $1.3 million from First National Bank of Paragould.
The 4.3-acre Triangle Warehouse development previously was linked with a January 2018 mortgage of $880,500 held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
OB CRE acquired the property for $1.1 million more than two years ago from Capital Properties LLC, led by Gus Blass III.
Paint Purchase
A Sherwin-Williams Paints store in North Little Rock rang up a $905,000 sale. CC Lava LLC of Overland Park, Kansas, purchased the 5,115-SF project at 11825 Maumelle Blvd.
The sellers are Daniel and Rojean Stiffler (42%); RSF Development LLC of Norman, Oklahoma (36%); and J.C. Anderson Inc., led by John Anderson (22%).
The deal is backed with a four-year loan of $400,000 from Union Bank & Trust of Lincoln, Nebraska.
The 0.75-acre location was bought for $85,000 in July 2004 from Mark and Dianne Cathey.
Hickory Creek

Thomas and Jennifer Pledger acquired the house from the Laurence & Anne Miller Family Revocable Trust.
