Two pieces of a Little Rock apartment project combined for deals totaling $5 million.
Republic Westbridge Ltd., an affiliate of Republic Funds of Toronto, acquired Westbridge Apartments from two limited partnerships led by James Kincannon.
The sellers are Westbridge Apartments II Ltd., 96 units at 2124 Labette Manor Drive for $2.66 million; and West Bridge Apartments Ltd., 84 units at 2123 Labette Manor Drive for $2.33 million.
The 13.33-acre development previously was tied to September 2002 mortgages of $1.9 million and $1.5 million from Reilly Mortgage Group Inc. of McLean, Virginia.
The property was bought in two deals with the secretary of Housing & Urban Development, an undisclosed sum in April 1977; and Kelton and Mary Louise Brown, $105,000 in June 1977.
Splash Sale
An auto care project in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.75 million.
SCF RC Funding IV LLC, an affiliate of Chambers Street Properties in Princeton, New Jersey, purchased the Splash Car Wash/Jiffy Lube project at 9500 N. Rodney Parham Road.
The seller is Splash Investment Group LLC, led by Paul Stagg. The 0.9-acre development is leased to Zips Car Wash.
The property was acquired in September 2001 as part of a $1.9 million deal with Austin Properties LLC, led by William Barclay Jr.
Parkway Purchase
An apartment complex in North Little Rock weighed in at $1.7 million.
Marshall Equity Investments LLC, led by Donald Marshall Jr., bought the 98-unit Parkway Crossing at 2000 Parkway Drive. The seller is Oowalge LLC, led by Valecia Ootsey-Walker.
The deal is financed with a four-year loan of $1.4 million from Southern Bancorp Bank of Arkadelphia. The 5.21-acre development previously was linked with a November 2015 mortgage of $1.5 million held by One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.
Oowalge purchased the property for $1.7 million two years ago from Marsilmor Properties LLC, led by Helen Marshall.
Med Office Transaction
Medical office space in west Little Rock sold for $1 million.
CLBNB Properties LLC, an affiliate of New Beginnings Behavioral Health Services led by Chirie Bazzelle, acquired 11,207 SF on the second floor of the Westside Medical Plaza at 1 Lile Court.
The sellers are Cornerstone Properties, led by Dr. Douglas Smith, and Cornerstone Properties II, led by Dr. Kay Chandler, Dr. Kenneth Singleton and Dr. Kevin Breniman.
The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $850,000 from Fayetteville’s Signature Bank of Arkansas.
Cornerstone purchased its property in February 1979 as a partner in the Westside Medical Plaza project. The nearly 1.9-acre site was bought for $180,000 from Baptist Medical Center Systems.
Burger Land
A Burger King project is in the works after a $900,000 land deal in North Little Rock.
TQ Real Estate LLC of Bartlett, Tennessee, purchased 3.9 acres at the southeast corner of Valentine and Kinard roads from Krishana LLC, led by Kanti Sharolia.
The deal is tied to a five-year funding agreement of $91 million administered by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
Krishana acquired the site for $465,000 in October 2007 from Speedco Inc. of Cayuga, Indiana.
Salvage Property
A 10,800-SF auto service complex in west Pulaski County changed hands in a $450,000 sale.
Connell Properties LLC, led by Robin Connell, bought Kenny’s Auto Salvage at 18301 Lawson Road from the Kenneth Andrew Loux Sr. Revocable Living Trust.
The deal is financed with a 10-year loan of $615,398 from Regions Bank.
The 6.92-acre property was assembled in three deals totaling $127,000.
The sellers were Harold Clark, $13,000 in April 1993; Raymond Shirley, $4,000 in April 1999; and James McEuen, $110,000 in October 2007.
Country Club Manor
A 5,658-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.1 million.
Demp and Paula Dempsey acquired the house from the namesake revocable trusts of Nancy and Arthur Phillips.
The property was bought for $1 million in April 2009 from the Ann Cline Galloway Revocable Trust.
Heights Home
A 3,793-SF home in Little Rock’s Heights area is under new ownership after a $950,000 sale.
Edward Bailey purchased the house from Michael and Marsha Ballard. The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $837,900 from First Security Bank of Searcy.
The residence previously was linked with a June 2011 mortgage of $683,500 held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The property was acquired for $159,000 in April 1995 from Joe Pevahouse.
Country Club Abode I
A 3,482-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock drew a $750,000 transaction.
Gain and Donna Robinson bought the house from Dan Robinson II and his wife, Marylee.
The deal is funded with a $424,100 loan from Franklin American Mortgage Co. of Franklin, Tennessee, and a one-year construction loan of $395,000 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.
The property was purchased for $75,000 in April 1977 from A.J. and Rosemary Brizzolara.
Estates Sale
A 6,101-SF home in The Estates neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development rang up a $675,000 sale.
David and Donna Swindle acquired the house from the Lorrain Emma de Blanche Trust. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $540,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.
The residence was bought for $700,000 in January 2001 from Jonathan and Mary Lewis.
Estates Sale II
A 3,640-SF home in the Oakhill Estates neighborhood of west Pulaski County changed hands in a $584,500 deal.
Jeff and Lee Small acquired the 3.13-acre spread from James and Linda Miles. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $424,000 from Quicken Loans Inc. of Detroit.
The residence previously was tied to a July 2011 mortgage of $400,000 held by BancorpSouth Bank.
The location was bought for $131,000 in December 2004 from Jennifer Sheedy.
Woodlands Residence
A 3,650-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock sold for $520,000.
Michael and Marsha Ballard purchased the house from Daniel and Allyson Parkinson.
The deal is funded with a 15-year loan of $250,000 from USAA Federal Savings Bank of San Antonio. The residence previously was linked with a January 2014 mortgage of $356,000 held by BancorpSouth Bank.
The site was acquired for $77,000 in November 2012 from Rocket Properties LLC, led by Ron Tyne and Lisenne Rockefeller.

Dan Robinson II and his wife, Marylee, bought the house from Carla Anderson.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $177,000 from Franklin American Mortgage Co.
Anderson purchased the residence for $455,000 in February 2016. The sellers were Dennis Whitman Sr. and his wife, Marnie.
