Westbridge Apartments Sold for $9.1MLock Icon

Apartments, office buildings, fast-food eateries, a warehouse, a home and even a trampoline park — the variety of million-dollar transactions is bouncing all over the place.

► OBH Westbridge LLC, an affiliate of Omni + Brooks Holdings of Lakewood, New Jersey, bought the 180-unit Westbridge Apartments project at 2123-24 Labette Manor Drive in Little Rock for $9.1 million.

Seller: Republic Westbridge Ltd., an affiliate of Republic Funds of Toronto.

► The Gables of Maumelle Apartments Ltd., an affiliate of Dominium Apartments of Plymouth, Minnesota, sold its namesake 120-unit project at 1500 Union Court in Maumelle for $7.1 million.

Buyer? Timbers United LLC, an affiliate of FM Capital of Hollywood, Florida.

► MEBFI-Altitude LLC, led by George Dunklin Jr., purchased the 279,568-SF warehouse project at 1601 Gregory St. in North Little Rock for more than $6.1 million.

Seller? 1601 Gregory Holdings LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson and Rick Ferguson.

► MEBFI-Altitude sold the 35,705-SF Altitude Trampoline Park project at 15707 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for $4.5 million to Round Spring LLC, led by Robert and Matthew Stagg.

► ADII LLC of Austin, Texas, acquired the 3,163-SF Burger King at 5900 Dreher Lane in southwest Little Rock for more than $3.1 million and the 2,988-SF Burger King at 2505 Hwy. 161 in North Little Rock for $1 million.

Seller in both deals: Allied Food Industries Inc. of Huntington, West Virginia.

► HVA Properties LLC, led by Patrick Garner, sold the 46-unit Hidden Valley Apartments project at 225 Keightley Drive in Little Rock for more than $2.2 million.

Buyer: Hidden Valley Investment Properties LLC, led by Mohammad Rahman, Shuja Rasool, Anwar Bhuiyan and Nick Chowdhury.

► ADE 905 LLC, an affiliate of Atlanta Deferred Exchange of Marietta, Georgia, bought the 10-story AT&T Building at 1111 W. Capitol Ave. in downtown Little Rock for $2 million from Valk Properties Two LLC of Rockwall, Texas.

► 5100 Talley LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold the 9,855-SF office building at 5100 Talley Road in west Little Rock for nearly $1.5 million.

Buyer? Freeway Park Properties LLC, led by Tim Langford.

► Jeffrey and Dona Boone purchased a 5,307-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood for $1.1 million from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC.
