White Oak Apartments Draws $22M Sale (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 192-unit apartment complex in North Little Rock weighed in at $22 million.

White Oak Equity Enterprises LLC, an affiliate of National Property Management Associates in Orchard Park, New York, bought the 10701 Burkhalter Haas Drive project from its namesake owner: White Oak Apartments LLC, led by Kevin Horton.

The deal is backed with a $15.6 million loan from Orix Real Estate Capital of Columbus, Ohio. The 12.73-acre site was acquired for $605,000 in March 2012 from the estate of Henry Terry.

Atlas Acquisition

The 63,018-SF former home of Steve Landers Kia in south Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.2 million.

Atlas Auto Auction LLC, led by Jack Lovelis, purchased its location from the namesake address owner: 4600 S. University LLC, led by Steve Landers.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $2.5 million from Farmers Bank & Trust of Magnolia.

The 17.35-acre development was bought for $1.1 million in February 2013 from the Raymond R. & Margarita G. Remmel Revocable Trust.

Convenient Purchase

A 4,752-SF convenience store in Little Rock rang up a $1.6 million sale.

Rose One Food LLC, led by Gurpreet Singh, bought the Cana 3 Superstop at 3100 W. Roosevelt Road from Han & Son Inc., led by Keong Son. The deal is financed with a 15-year loan of $1.2 million from Stone Bank of Mountain View.

Han & Son purchased the 1.05-acre development for $950,000 in July 2016 from Kim Properties LLC, led by Grace Kim.

Teakwood Multifamily

Eighteen apartments in north Pulaski County changed hands in a $1 million deal. Teakwood Manor LLC of Iowa Park, Texas, acquired six duplexes and two triplexes on Teakwood Manor from McArthur Properties LLC, led by Bill Eaton.

The properties were assembled in two deals with the estate of Billie Martin, $550,000 in September 2013; and Maylo Bickell, $50,000 in December 2017.

NLR Apartments

A 13-unit apartment property in North Little Rock sold for $580,000.

BTB Vitae LLC, led by Tyler Turchi and Brent Staley, purchased the 4001 Camp Robinson Road project. The seller is Brisas Del Norte LLC, led by Joi Pryor and Lee Hatcher.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $464,000 from Armor Bank of Forrest City.

The 0.49-acre development was acquired for $215,000 in May 2009 from S&A Properties LLC, led by Sharon Adkins.

Buddhist Buy

A 2,344-SF meditation center in downtown Little Rock drew a $350,000 transaction. The Ecumenical Buddhist Society, led by Cheryl Woodard, bought the 1516 W. Third St. project from the Dan F. Stowers & Wanda Sue Stowers Joint Revocable Trust.

The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $280,000 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff. The 0.33-acre development was assembled in two deals with Annis Schaer and her husband, H.A., $10,600 in November 1959; and James and Gertrude Newman, $26,000 in February 1972.

Hickory Creek

A 6,848-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood weighed in at $1.25 million.

Charles and Deanna Gaba acquired the house from Steve and Sandra Landers. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $1 million from Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Landers family bought the residence for $855,000 in January 2000 from Gary France Inc.

Ensbury Place

A 4,228-SF home in west Little Rock’s Ensbury Place neighborhood is under new ownership after a $792,500 deal.

The Matthew & Ashley West Revocable Trust purchased the house from the Matthew & Julie Hardee Revocable Trust.

The Hardees acquired the residence for $672,500 in June 2019 from HA Custom Homes LLC, led by Subrahmanyam Narravula.

Falstone Court

A 4,300-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood rang up a $715,220 sale. Brandon and Rachel Mann bought the house from RQM LLC, led by Russell and Quenna Milam.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $548,200 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff. RQM purchased the site for $89,000 in August 2020 from Sputnik LLC, led by Doug Castleberry; and JS3M Properties LLC, led by Jeff Mayfield.

Heights House

A 2,809-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock changed hands in a $695,000 deal. Alexander Kavanagh and Lesley Murphy acquired the house from Cooterneck Investments LLC, led by Joan and Larry Nafe.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $548,250 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis. Cooterneck bought the residence for $315,000 from Lisianthus LLC, led by Molly Satterfield.

Mirabel Court

A 4,045-SF home in west Little Rock’s Mirabel Court neighborhood sold for $644,000. Uday Shergill purchased the residence from Thomas Lee Jr.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $532,300 from Reliant Bank of Brentwood, Tennessee.

Lee acquired the house in April 2017 for $556,000 from Stevens Commercial Contractors Inc., led by Jackie Stevens.

The Arbors

A 3,136-SF home in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock drew a $625,000 transaction.

John and Twyla Gray bought the house from Martin and Terri Gunaca.

The residence was purchased for $511,000 in March 2012 from John and Delores McNeill.

Pulaski Heights

A 2,770-SF home in Little Rock’s Pulaski Heights neighborhood is under new ownership after a $600,000 sale.

Ryan and Angela Moore acquired the residence from the Thomas & Elizabeth Small Living Trust.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $510,000 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi. The house was bought for $365,000 in February 2002 from Cynthia Kingsborough.
