Did you know Wild River Country has a new owner?
JTS Capital Realty 3 LLC, an affiliate of JTS Capital Group of Waco, Texas, recovered the North Little Rock water theme park at a $1.5 million foreclosure sale.
The former owner was Aquapark Holdings LLC of West Palm Beach, Florida, led by Paul Millar and Michael Slattery of Toronto.
We’re told JTS Capital intends to market the 30.4-acre property at 6820 Crystal Hill Road for sale.
The distressed asset investor entered the Wild River Country story back in August 2019 when it acquired troubled debt held by Conway’s Centennial Bank.
When the foreclosure action hit court a year ago, the outstanding debt held by JTS totaled more than $2 million.
Other Aquapark creditors include the Arkansas Department of Finance & Administration, with outstanding sales tax claims of $63,786; and Little Rock’s Ghidotti Communications, which obtained a nearly $39,000 judgment in September for unpaid marketing services.
