Williams Hired at Sells Agency (Movers & Shakers)

Chris Williams is the new associate marketing account executive for the Sells Agency in Little Rock.

Williams will manage daily marketing efforts and provide strategic counsel for agency clients in the health care, cybersecurity and banking industries. He has worked at the Sells Agency as a marketing intern since November.


Scott Anderson has been named executive director of the American Cyber Alliance by the Forge Institute, a Little Rock nonprofit that works to develop public-private partnerships to support national security.

Anderson recently retired from the military after 24 years of service. Most recently, he was the commander of the 223rd Cyberspace Operations Squadron of the 189th Airlift Wing. Anderson led the creation of the 223rd as a first-of-its-kind organization to train cyber operators. Anderson has served as intelligence mission operations commander, cybersecurity subject matter expert, chief of standards and evaluations, security SME and senior intelligence officer.

Eddie McElyea has been hired as director of partnership development at the Forge Institute. He retired from the Arkansas Air National Guard last fall. Previously, he served in the U.S. Air Force and was deployed during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. McElyea has experience in talent acquisitions, as a training instructor and honor guard and in human resources management.

Ben Pense has been hired as a senior managed services engineer for Mainstream Technologies in Little Rock. He will be providing support for managed services clients in areas that can range from simple workstation issues to complex matters related to client servers and network infrastructure. Before joining Mainstream, Pense was with the city of Fort Smith for more than 10 years, beginning as an IT support specialist and rising to enterprise architect.

Colby Francis was promoted to security analyst with the security services unit. His responsibilities will include security auditing, management of security tools and supporting Mainstream’s security infrastructure.
