Curtis Winar has been promoted to partner at Frost PLLC of Little Rock.
Winar, who is the firm’s cannabis industry practice leader, has been with Frost since 2017. He has 19 years of experience in business advisory services, valuation, forensic accounting, litigation consulting and expert witness testimony.
Tom Fritsche has been hired as commercial loan manager of Arvest Bank in Little Rock.
Fritsche has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Earlier in his career, Fritsche served as executive vice president and lending manager at Arvest.
Mark A. Conine, president of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority in Little Rock, will receive the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Mac Angel Discussion Leader of the Year Award.
Conine is the recipient of the award for the continuing professional education courses that he taught in 2020.
Bryan Greathouse has been promoted to chief investment officer at Centennial Bank in Conway. Greathouse previously served as asset-liability analyst team lead.
Jerrod Sandefur has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending at Citizens Bank of Batesville. Sandefur has been with the bank for five years. His involvement in the Impact Lending Program helped facilitate $129,000 in grants to businesses in Batesville’s downtown.
Kevin Cortez has joined Sunstar Insurance Group of Springdale as executive vice president. Cortez has more than 20 years of experience and most previously was regional vice president at MagMutual of Fayetteville.
