Windamere, Markham House Lead Recent Seven-Digit DealsLock Icon

A 109-unit multifamily project in southwest Little Rock and a 73-room hotel in midtown Little Rock highlight a group of eleven multimillion-dollar transactions.

• Marsilmore Properties LLC, led by Helen Marshall, sold Windamere Townhouses & Apartments at 5701 Dreher Lane in southwest Little Rock for more than $2.3 million to an affiliate of Cross Equities of Addison, Texas.

• An affiliate of Conway Management Inc. purchased Markham House Suites at 5120 W. Markham St. for more than $2.2 million from S&B Corp., led by Sharon Adkins.

• The Kushynski Family Trust of Sherman Oaks, California, sold the Starbucks at 105 Common Drive in Maumelle for more than $1.6 million to Self Properties LLC of Los Angeles.

• Stifft Station Partners, led by Nikolai Fisken, Tony Karklins, Theodore Karklins, Barry Kinyon and Hunter East, sold its namesake 7,975-SF commercial project at 1001 Kavanaugh Blvd. and 3016 W. Markham St. for $1.6 million.

Buyer: Off the Front LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s HIA Velo high-end biking venture.

• The Thrive Argenta apartment project is in motion after an affiliate of ERC Properties Inc. of Rogers purchased a nearly 3.3-acre parcel on the north side of Fourth Street between Poplar and Magnolia streets in downtown North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

• CJK Apartments LLC and HEK Investments LLC, both of La Palma, California, bought the Hardee’s at 8703 Geyer Springs Road in a $1.4 million sale-leaseback transaction.

Seller: Big Rock LLC of Malibu, California.

• David and Suzanne Swindle sold their 6,645-SF Beau Vue Estates manor in west Little Rock to Mark McMurry for nearly $1.4 million.

• A 38,000-SF warehouse project in east Little Rock sold for nearly $1.3 million in advance of a tax-deferred property exchange.

Two limited liability companies, managed by First American Exchange Co. LLC of Salt Lake City, purchased the 3101 Dugan St. project from Ben Davis Properties Management LLC of Little Rock.

The facility will become the new home of Ace Glass Construction Corp., which will relocate from its 31,589-SF office-warehouse at 405 Shall Ave. The Shall Avenue property is marked for redevelopment by new ownership led by Bryan Hosto waiting in the wings. Look for more info soon.

• Heartsill Ragon III and his wife, Claudia, acquired a 3,381-SF condo on the 17th floor of the 300 Third project for $1.2 million.

• KFC Rock LLC of Edmond, Oklahoma, acquired the 0.68-acre former KFC site at 100 Markham Park Drive in west Little Rock from Tabbassum Mumtaz of Frisco, Texas, for more than $1.1 million.

• Brent and Peri Gay Walker sold their 6,369-SF residence in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood for more than $1 million.
