Windstream Holdings of Little Rock has named two new executives to lead the broadband provider’s wholesale and enterprise business divisions.
Joe Scattareggia will take over as president of Windstream Wholesale. Mike Flannery has been appointed as president of Windstream Enterprise. Both previously served as the chief revenue officers of their respective business units, Windstream said in a news release.
They are replacing Buddy Bayer, who served as president for both the wholesale and enterprise divisions. Bayer will depart at the end of 2023, the company said.
“Joe Scattareggia and Mike Flannery are highly skilled telecommunications executives with a deep understanding of our network, products, and people, and they are both keenly focused on meeting our customers’ needs in a rapidly changing marketplace,” Windstream Chairman and CEO Paul Sunu said in a statement. “I have had the opportunity to work with both Joe and Mike and am looking forward to collaborating alongside them more closely in the future.”
Sunu was named the company’s new chairman and CEO in October.
Scattareggia and Flannery will be responsible for sales, marketing, service delivery, and customer care, Windstream said.
