With Ducks In Row, Little Siberia Land Deal Closes

Remember the pending sale of the Little Siberia duck club we told you about nine months ago?

The sale closed at $6.1 million.

You might recall the property encompasses a 4,000-SF lodge and a hunting-agri spread of more than 900 acres, 14 miles southwest of DeWitt along the eastern bank of Bayou Meto.

George Dunklin Jr., former chairman of Ducks Unlimited and owner of the Five Oaks Hunting Lodge, acquired the property earlier this year through Little Siberia LLC.

The previous Little Siberia ownership was divvied up among a group of Little Rock and Fort Smith businessmen.
