WLR Acreage Sells for $651K, Other Deals Total $2.6M

Homail Inc. of Little Rock, led by Walid Ismael, Marwa Hassan, Hosam Esmail and Patty Esmail, has purchased 1.09 acres near the northwest corner of Cantrell Road and Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for $651,410.

The seller was PDC LLC of Little Rock and said it is the future site of a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen fast food restaurant. 

Jacksonville Apartments Sold

TCB Investments LLC of Little Rock, led by James Hoffman and Brian Teeter, bought the 20-unit Linda Lane Apartments-Bailey Properties complex at 2213 Linda Lane in Jacksonville for $610,000.

The seller was BNT Properties Corp. of Little Rock, led by Bill Cobb.

New Popeyes Planned

Sweet P Investors of Sherwood has purchased a 1.58-acre site near the northwest corner of Maumelle Boulevard and Paul Eells Drive in North Little Rock for $550,000.

Plans are to build a Popeyes fast food restaurant.

The seller was WNLR Investments LLC of Little Rock.

Out-of-State Firm Buys Land

Stribling Equipment LLC of Richland, Mississippi, led by Jerry Swanson, bought four acres at the southwest corner of Baseline Road and Mabelvale Pike in Little Rock for $523,917.

Swanson did not return a call from Arkanasas Business.

The sellers were Robert and Theresa King.

Big Red Convenience Store Planned

Burkhalter Commercial Group LLC of North Little Rock, led by John Burkhalter, has sold a 1.5-acre site at the northeast corner of Counts Massie Road and Paul Eells Drive in North Little Rock for $458,000.

Plans are to build a Big Red convenience store.

The buyer was AF Partners LLC of Bryant, led by Doug Hendrix. 

LR Apartments Sold

C.A.M. AR LLC of Little Rock, led by Cody and Anna McGrath, bought the six-unit apartment building at 710 Beechwood St. in Little Rock for $315,000.

The seller was Beechwood Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Ronald Clayton, Sharon Clayton and Herbert Littleton.
