A 90-room hotel in west Little Rock weighed in at $6.16 million.

LR Markham Apartments LLC, led by Umang Patel, Nimesh Sitaram, Davesh Sitaram and Yogesh Bhawandas, purchased the Comfort Suites at 11 Crossings Court.

The seller is K.D.V. Inc., led by Kantilal Patel.

The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $5.2 million from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.

The 2.96-acre development previously was linked with a March 2013 mortgage of $5.6 million held by Delta Trust & Bank of Little Rock.

K.D.V. acquired the site for $1.27 million in October 2008 from Shackleford Crossings LLC.

Industrial Acquisition
A 35,958-SF office-warehouse in Maumelle tipped the scales at $2.21 million.

Murphy Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Interstate Partners of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, bought the 1201 Murphy Drive project.

The seller is Becknell Properties, an affiliate of UBS Realty Investors of Hartford, Connecticut.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $3.1 million from Alliance Bank of Lake City, Minnesota.

The 4.01-acre location was purchased for $120,000 in July 1994 from NBM Inc., led by Sam Winstead; and Gray Family Ltd., led by Sam Gray.

Office Purchase I
A 9,922-SF office building in North Little Rock changed hands in a $1.42 million deal.

Hamilton Dean LLC, led by John Hamilton Dean, acquired the 2524 Crestwood Road project.

The seller is 2524 Crestwood Properties LLC, led by Rick and Annette Meador.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $1.2 million from U.S. Bank of Cincinnati.

The 0.91-acre development previously was tied to a May 2014 mortgage of $460,000 held by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The project was bought for $1.3 million in December 2005 from James and Janice Goodwin.

Office Purchase II
A 7,171-SF medical office building in west Little Rock rang up a $695,000 sale.

Diabetes Docs Real Estate LLC, led by Dr. James Thrasher, purchased the Market Place Clinic at 11400 Huron Lane.

The seller is BCCH Partnership LLP, led by James Hazelwood and Russell Cranford.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $590,750 from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

The 0.75-acre development was acquired for $465,000 in January 1989 from Little Rock’s Rector Phillips Morse Inc.

Office Purchase III
A 3,024-SF office building in west Little Rock drew a $435,000 transaction.

T.I.A. Investments LLC, led by Anthony Smith, bought the Pointe Outpatient Administration project at 10 Otter Creek Court. The seller is Otter Creek Land Co. LLC, led by Tommy Hodges.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $389,520 from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.

The 1.17-acre development previously was linked with a February 2012 mortgage of $375,000 held by Malvern National Bank.

The property was part of a 210-acre tract the limited liability company purchased in October 1994. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold its 50 percent stake for $1.2 million.

Sologne Manor
A 6,245-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development weighed in at $1 million.

Prabhat and Sangeetha Hebbar acquired the house from Samuel Carter. The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $840,000 from Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The residence previously helped secure an October 2017 mortgage of $1.7 million held by First Security Bank of Searcy.

The property was bought for $1 million in April 2007 from Amy Schuh.

Estates Sale
A 10,046-SF home in Steel Bend Estates neighborhood of east Pulaski County sold for $785,000.

James Mikles Jr. and his wife, Kara, purchased the house from Rick and Annette Meador. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $430,000 from Legacy National Bank of Springdale.

The Meadors assembled the 15-acre spread in two deals totaling $149,000. The sellers were Steel Bend Development Inc., led by Byron McKimmey, $67,000 in August 1991; and Biff Vinson, $82,000 in January 1992.

Deauville Place
A 4,238-SF home in the Deauville Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development is under new ownership after a $718,500 deal.

Kyle and Shannon Kalkwarf bought the house from Kara and James Mikles Jr.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $682,575 from SunTrust Mortgage Inc. of Richmond, Virginia.

The Mikles family purchased the location for $90,000 in January 2013 from C. Scott Lewis Homes Inc.

Ensbury Abode
A 4,100-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development changed hands in a $643,700 sale.

Leonard Bryan II and his wife, Susan, acquired the house from the Dillon Group Inc., led by Janet Dillon.

The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $450,590 from Quicken Loans Inc. of Detroit. The property previously was tied to an August 2017 mortgage of $468,000 held by Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The site was bought for $90,000 in December 2016 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.

Carmel Residence
A 4,221-SF home in west Little Rock’s Carmel neighborhood drew a $640,000 transaction.

Ronald and Katherine Burrow purchased the house from Carmel Residential LLC, led by Jon Underhill.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $512,000 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.

The residence was acquired for $370,000 in April 2017 from Jane Fortenberry.

Lamarche House
A 5,405-SF home in the Lamarche Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development rang up a $600,000 sale.

Kapil Yadav and Megha Sharma bought the house from Muhammad Jaffar and Rubina Alam.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $420,000 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The residence previously was linked with a March 2013 mortgage of $519,300 held by Arvest Bank.

The location was purchased for $58,000 in August 2003 from Douglas and Brooke Malmstrom.

Woodlands Home
A 3,825-SF home in the Woodlands Edge neighborhood of west Little Rock sold for $529,900.

David and Sidney Keisner acquired the house from J. Martin Homes Inc., led by Gregory Cates. The deal is funded with a 15-year loan of $214,900 from USAA Federal Savings Bank of San Antonio.

The residence previously was tied to a September 2016 mortgage of $408,000 held by First Security Bank.

The site was bought for $76,000 nearly two years ago from Rocket Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller.

Mirabel Court
A 4,200-SF home in west Little Rock’s Mirabel Court neighborhood is under new ownership after a $512,500 deal.

Frank and Janice Hart purchased the house from WI Properties LLC, led by Todd Witham.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $410,000 from Arvest Bank.The site was acquired for $85,000 in December 2015 from Deltic Timber.
