WLR Comfort Suites Sold for Nearly $6.2MLock Icon

This week’s roster of Pulaski County real estate transactions encompasses a hotel in west Little Rock, an industrial project in east Little Rock, a future convenience store site in Jacksonville, an office building in North Little Rock, a retail project in North Little Rock and a residence in west Little Rock

► LR Markham Apartments LLC, led by Umang Patel, Nimesh Sitaram, Davesh Sitaram and Yogesh Bhawandas, bought the 90-room Comfort Suites at 11 Crossings Court for more than $6.1 million.

Seller: K.D.V. Inc., led by Kantilal Patel.

► Pipe Portfolio Owner (Multi) Ltd. of New York sold the 43,904-SF Hanson Pipe & Precast complex at 1300 Bond St. for more than $1.7 million.

Buyer: USP Land Holdings FP&P LLC, an affiliate of Forterra Pipe & Precast in Irving, Texas.

► KG Store 138 LLC, an affiliate of the Kum & Go chain based in West Des Moines, Iowa, acquired the 1.72-acre location at 1501 W. Main St. in Jacksonville for nearly $1.7 million from SNR Consulting LLC of Chesterfield, Missouri.

► 2524 Crestwood Properties LLC, led by Rick and Annette Meador, sold its namesake 9,922-SF office address in North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

► San Diego investor James Adams purchased the 9,230-SF Dollar General at 1701 Pike Ave. in North Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.

Seller? PB General Holdings (Pike) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

► Samuel Carter sold a 6,245-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood of Chenal Valley for $1 million to Prabhat and Sangeetha Hebbar.
