► Pipe Portfolio Owner (Multi) Ltd. of New York sold the 43,904-SF Hanson Pipe & Precast complex at 1300 Bond St. for more than $1.7 million.

► KG Store 138 LLC, an affiliate of the Kum & Go chain based in West Des Moines, Iowa, acquired the 1.72-acre location at 1501 W. Main St. in Jacksonville for nearly $1.7 million from SNR Consulting LLC of Chesterfield, Missouri.
► 2524 Crestwood Properties LLC, led by Rick and Annette Meador, sold its namesake 9,922-SF office address in North Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.
