The 21-acre property was purchased in March 2019 as part of a $2.1 million transaction with Red Gate Properties LLC, led by Druetta Craig and Janet C. Juengel.

Acadia Properties LLC, led by Ali and Quratulain Raja, acquired the space in the office building at 11219 Financial Centre Parkway.
The seller is Hermitage Development Corp., led by Robert Vogel.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $2 million from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
Land for the 1.98-acre development was assembled in two deals with Kenneth, Edward, Michael and LaDonna Turpin, $120,000 in March 1981; and Mary Puff, $16,000 in September 1978.

The court-ordered sale followed First-Citizens Bank & Trust of Raleigh, North Carolina, landing a $2.5 million default judgment against Mukeshbhai Patel.
Redevelopment of the project is funded with a four-year loan of $2.8 million from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.
Bri & Dee acquired the 2.15-acre development for $2.6 million in October 2018 from J&B Legacy Hotels LLC of Denton, Texas.
Lynn Lane Buy
A 22-unit apartment project in North Little Rock sold for $970,000.
Lynn Lane LLC of San Diego bought the 4416-4418 Lynn Lane project from Stone Crest Apartments LLC, led by Ryan and Jeffrey Aclin.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $1.1 million from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Little Rock.
Stone Crest purchased the 0.86-acre development for $370,000 in January 2017 from Sharon Smith.

Central Arkansas Water acquired the land a mile north of Lake Maumelle and nearly 2 miles south of the Little Italy community from Green Bay Packaging Inc. of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Green Bay bought the land for an unrecorded sum in October 1969 from Edwin and Marjorie Gordon.

The Joint Revocable Inter Vivos Trust of Robert V. Stewart & Shelma Jean Stewart purchased the land on the south side of Faulkner Lake Road about a mile west of North Little Rock from Entr’acte Investments LLC, led by Kaye Lynn Tankersley.
The deal is funded with a $450,000 loan from Centennial Bank. The property was acquired for $395,000 from the bankruptcy estate of Bobby and Mary Tankersley.

Construction is funded with a 21year loan of $3.8 million from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The land was bought as part of two deals with R.E. and Gladys Powell, $800 in March 1951; and R.B. and Elsie Tuggle, $500 in August 1956.
