A 126-room hotel in west Little Rock, an 11,948-SF medical office building in midtown Little Rock and a 17 percent stake in a west Little Rock apartment project form this week’s trio of million-dollar-plus real estate transactions.
► New Project LLC, led by Wally Allen Sr. and Jr. along with Robert Allen, sold the Hampton Inn & Suites at 1301 S. Shackleford Road for $11.9 million.
Buyer: HISLR 5 LLC, led by Bhavin Sharolia.
► Gabe Galster purchased the home of the Little Rock Foot Clinic at 424 N. University Ave. for $1.6 million from LSH Land Co. LLC, led by Lynne Hoos.
► Grove at Pleasant Valley Investors LLC, an affiliate of Canyon View Capital of Santa Cruz, California, sold a piece of its namesake 225-unit multifamily project at 11900 Pleasant Ridge Road for $1.4 million.
Buyers: Erik and Lesley Gundersen, 11.8 percent, and Many Properties LLC, led by Roland Many, 6.2 percent.

Remember the acquisition of two truck centers we told you about four weeks ago?
There was a third.
Doggett Properties Arkansas VB LLC, affiliate of Leslie Doggett Industries in Houston, Texas, bought the Truck Centers of Arkansas project at 129 Access Road in Van Buren for $5.3 million.
Seller? The same entity that sold truck centers in North Little Rock and Springdale: TRL Properties LLC, led by Todd Havens along with Rick and Larry Vassar.
Big Residential Deals
A pair of homes in the Heights area of Little Rock each topped the $2 million mark.
► 423 Property Holdings LLC, led by Warren Stephens, purchased a 2,791-SF house in the Longfellow neighborhood from Dolph Moore Jr. and his wife, Blanche, for $2.2 million.
► Steve and Marga Ratcliff acquired a 4,823-SF manor near the Country Club of Little Rock for $2.1 million from the Tranum Qualified Personal Residence Trust, led by Billy Tranum.
