Woodland Heights Sold for $37.7MLock Icon

A senior-living project in west Little Rock forms this week’s real estate triangle with restaurant-inspired transactions in Greenbrier and Benton.

► WOJV Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of New York’s White Oak Healthcare Finance, bought the 146-unit Woodland Heights project at 8700 Riley Drive for a reported $37.7 million.

The seller is Woodland Heights Al Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of Compass Pointe Healthcare Systems of Baltimore.

► A DQ Chill & Grill redevelopment is following a $1.3 million deal in Greenbrier. You Scream Properties-Greenbrier LLC, led by Todd Denton, purchased the 4,237-SF Western Sizzlin Express at 48 S. Broadview.

Seller: Three J’s of Greenbrier Inc., led by Scott Jones.

► A 1.1-acre Hideaway Pizza development will soon be delivered to Benton.

Benton Outparcels LLC, an affiliate of GBT Realty of Brentwood, Tennessee, sold the location at 20280 Interstate 30 North for $1.2 million.

Buyer? L&M Hideaway Properties LLC, an affiliate of the Tulsa pizza chain.
