
This week’s edition of million-dollar deals consists of a bankruptcy sale along with several residential properties.
► YRC Inc., an affiliate of Yellow Corp. in Nashville, Tennessee sold a 55,680-SF Yellow Freight truck terminal at 4500 W. 65th St. in Little Rock for $18.88 million.
XPO LTL Properties LLC, an affiliate of XPO Inc. in Greenwich, Connecticut, bought the 28.3-acre development as part of an $870 million asset purchase of 28 properties in a bankruptcy sale of the less-than-truckload carrier’s assets.
► Crystal Valley LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, sold a 49.4-acre tract on the north side of Crystal Valley Road at Col. Miller Road in west Little Rock for more than $2.3 million.
Buyer: Little Rock LD LLC, an affiliate of Rausch Coleman Homes in Fayetteville.
► The Tasker N. Rodman II Revocable Trust and the Mary Lou VanHook Revocable Trust, bought a 4,735-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood for more than $1.2 million.
Seller? The Laurie Lamb Whitfield Revocable Trust.
► Coburn Construction LLC, led by Roger Coburn Jr., sold a new 2,662-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock for $1.1 million.
Buyer? Stein Family Revocable Living Trust, led by Charles and Mary Kathryn Stein.
► ABF Inc. of Fort Smith purchased a 5.8-acre parcel adjoining the east side of its truck terminal at 3100 Springhill Road in North Little Rock for more than $1 million.
