Zoës Kitchen Deal Served in $2.2 Million Dish

A restaurant in west Little Rock, a Heights home, a future convenience store site in North Little Rock and a pawn shop in west Little Rock form this week’s quartet of million-dollar transactions.

• 12900 Chenal Parkway LLC of Santa Monica, California, purchased the Zoës Kitchen at its namesake address for $2.2 million.

Seller? Zoe’s Arkansas LLC of Plano, Texas.

• CGAH LLC, led by Nancy Stephens, sold a 6,945-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock for nearly $2 million to Walter Hixson.

• A Murphy USA Inc. affiliate bought the 2.8-acre Budgetel Inns & Suites location at 111 Pershing Blvd. for more than $1.7 million.

Seller: Tariq Inc. of Farmers Branch, Texas.

• The Steven J. Landers Jr. Trust sold the 39,200-SF iPawn project at 11108 N. Rodney Parham Road for $1.2 million.
