1 min read

A newly built office building in Pinnacle Hills in Rogers sold for $4.7 million to a California group.

Zuru, which has a toys division and a branch in Bentonville, bought the 15,400-SF building on South Pinnacle Hills Parkway on Oct. 27.

The seller was Beaty Capital Group Inc., led by developer Lance Beaty of Fort Smith. Beaty leads the investment firm Beaty Capital Group Inc.

Zuru was represented by Johnny Galloway of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners of Rogers. Beaty was represented by Clinton Bennett of Bennett Commercial Real Estate of Rogers

“I believe that this transaction illustrates that, despite news to the contrary coming out of larger markets, the demand for high-quality office space remains robust in Northwest Arkansas,” Bennett said.
