Zweig Group Names Clinehens CEO

1 min read

The Zweig Group of Fayetteville announced that Chad Clinehens has been promoted to president and CEO of the architectural and engineering consulting firm.

Clinehens, a co-owner of the firm, was previously the chief operating officer. Former CEO Mark Zweig, who originally founded the firm in 1988, will remain chairman of the company.

“Chad is the right guy for the job,” Zweig said. “Over the past four years he has proved himself as our head of consulting, marketing and more recently, chief operating officer of the company. He is respected by our clients and employees.”

Clinehens joined Zweig Group in 2013 after 13 years as an executive with Garver of North Little Rock.

“I am honored that I have been chosen to follow in the footsteps of an industry icon like Mark Zweig,” Clinehens said. “I am also thrilled that he will continue to serve the industry and our clients and that I will be able to rely on his counsel going forward as he is an exceptional leader, role model and friend.”

Zweig said Zweig Group has 35 employees and annual revenue of about $6 million. The Zweig Group, in addition to consulting services, issues reports and surveys and publishes its own newsletter and magazine.

The Zweig Group also named Jamie Claire Kiser the company’s director of consulting. Kiser has been with Zweig Group since 2015 as the director of mergers and acquisitions.
