Each year, Arkansas Business presents its 40 Under 40 list to recognize intriguing business and political leaders under 40 years old.
Nominations for the 2026 class of 40 Under 40 are open!
The qualifications are simple. The individuals must meet the following conditions:
Be under 40 years old as of June 1, 2026.
Not have been a previous honoree.
Have made an impact on his or her company or community.
Show the potential to be a leader in business or politics during the next decade.
Selected honorees must be available to participate in a photoshoot, interview, and attend a recognition ceremony among other things.
*The judges do not select honorees off the number of nominations but the quality of the submission. Please submit completed nomination forms with substantial information on why the individual deserves to be selected.
Nomination deadline: February 20, 2026
