Each year, Arkansas Business presents its 40 Under 40 list to recognize intriguing business and political leaders under 40 years old.


The 2023 list appears in the May issue of Arkansas Business. Browse the honorees online or see the feature in the digital edition.

The qualifications are simple. The individuals must met the following conditions:

  • Be under 40 years old as of June 1, 2023.
  • Not have been a previous honoree
  • Have made an impact on his or her company or community.
  • Show the potential to be a leader in business or politics during the next decade.

Selected honorees must be available to participate in a photoshoot, interview, and attend a recognition ceremony amoung other things.

*The judges do not select honorees off the number of nominations but the quality of the submission. Please submit completed nomination forms with substantial information on why the individual deserves to be selected.
