Having a positive attitude is Sarah Riffle’s key to being a successful leader and building a team that has fun and sees the benefit of community work.
The Little Rock native earned her journalism degree with an emphasis in public relations and advertising from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She interned at Acxiom in Conway, and that led to a full-time position.
Riffle later hired on as director of development at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arkansas. She was hired by the Arkansas Foodbank in 2016 and feels her greatest accomplishment there has been being a frontline worker, helping provide a critical service to communities during the pandemic.
Riffle is also a member of the Rotary Club of Little Rock.
She first pursued her line of work because her parents were in advertising. “So it was definitely a family affair, something that was just really easy for me to step into at school. Definitely being able to build relationships and be personable is always something that’s just come easily to me,” Riffle said.
