"I didn't know what I wanted to do when I went to law school," the Little Rock native said. "I kept working for my dad and just never quit."
His work history for Tom Ferstl began in property management in 1996 and moved to field appraisal in 1998 and real estate/legal consultant during 1999-2007. He has held the post of executive vice president of Affiliated Real Estate Appraisers since then.
Ferstl is a graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, with a major in economics and computer information systems.
A graduate of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class 2008-09, he has served on the Little Rock Planning Commission and the Arkansas Electronic Recording Commission since 2007. He also is a member of the UAMS Consortium, business ambassadors who support the charitable, educational and scientific mission of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
