After five demanding years at ABPG, Ghidotti joined Mangan Holcomb Partners, the Little Rock advertising and public relations agency. But motherhood encouraged her to start her own PR firm, Ghidotti Communications.
"It really was because I thought it would be part time and I would be able to stay home more," Ghidotti said. "But then I realized that owning your own company doesn't allow for that. I'm just not the kind of person who can turn down business." Ghidotti recently hired her first employee. Her biggest project is a "strategic partnership" through which Ghidotti Communications provides PR services to clients of the Eric Rob & Isaac ad agency.
Meanwhile, Ghidotti, who grew up in Benton, is president of the Arkansas chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She is a longtime member of the board of directors of the Centers for Youth & Families and was recently named to its executive committee.
