Arkansas Myriad Inc.
Category III (56-150 Employees)
Fayetteville

The father-son team of Brett and Tyler Wolff started Arkansas Myriad Inc. in 2003 performing specialty process and utility piping work for food processing clients.

The Fayetteville venture now employs 97 after evolving into three divisions: engineering, manufacturing and contracting.

The Wolffs positioned the company to provide myriad services in turnkey fashion to design, build and install high-quality, stainless steel products for the industrial market.

The ability to deliver a one-bid package from conception to fabrication to installation on a project gives ARMI an edge to land business.

“This allowed us to have competitive pricing and the ability to meet customer deadlines quicker for the food industry, where speed is a top priority,” said Brett Wolff, company president. Tyler Wolff is vice president of ARMI’s contracting division.

The company prides itself on putting in hard work every single day. In recognition of those efforts, Tyson Foods presented the company with its Contractor of the Year Award in 2011.

ARMI expanded its manufacturing capabilities after its 2018 purchase of the 82,000-SF former Lauren James Enterprises warehouse for $3.9 million. The facility is almost four times as large as its previous location.

The company conducts business with an eye toward maintenance, operations, sanitation and safety: “We engineer our products/projects to be easily maintained. We strive to make our products user-friendly to operate efficiently. We’re dedicated to making our products/projects as sanitary as possible. We’re committed to designing safety features for our products/projects.”

ARMI provides full medical and dental insurance for its workforce along with a 401(k) match and boasts an unblemished track record of never laying off any employees.

The company’s mission is to design, develop and deliver the highest quality of products and solutions in the industrial market through innovation, technology and workmanship.

“Our entire team is committed to upholding our reputation of quality, speed and work ethic,” Brett Wolff said.
