The TOLM Group Inc. conducts business as a diversified construction and engineering service provider executing commercial, civil, industrial and water and wastewater projects.
“We’re a melting pot of talent,” said Brian Rohlman, TOLM Group president. “That’s been my whole goal, to create a platform for people to find a lane and achieve.”
Headquartered in Morrilton, the company formerly known as Crow Group deploys a staff of 96 serving Arkansas and nearly a dozen surrounding states. It added a Springdale office in March 2022.
The TOLM Group’s portfolio encompasses the timber and poultry industries, airports, tourism construction, offices and retail development.
“Our biggest sector is water-wastewater treatment facility work, which accounts for 70% of our revenue stream,” Rohlman said. “That has become our niche, municipalities across the state and out of state.”
The company dates back to the early 1980s as a one-man show with a backhoe and a core business that grew into paving work and civil construction.
Mike and Susan Miller bought the company in 2014, and Rohlman joined the 20-member staff in January 2015 with a mandate to diversify and grow. That led to expansions into commercial construction and wastewater engineering.
The addition of professional engineering services in 2018 enabled the company to deliver design-build projects. “That sets us apart from many of our competitors,” Rohlman said. “We have the capability to design and build in-house. That has resonated a lot with our client base.”
From planning to completion, TOLM can deliver fast-track jobs backed by its team of highly qualified project managers, superintendents and skilled-trade workers with a wealth of diverse experience.
The company’s work was recognized with an Associated Builders & Contractors Excellence in Construction Award for the Arkansas Tourist Information Center at White River off Interstate 40, which opened in 2017.
The TOLM Group’s unofficial corporate credo: “We are passionate about construction, and that passion comes through in our work.”
