Nicole McKenzie Gore, 29
Rose Law Firm
Little Rock

Nicole McKenzie Gore said she made the right decision when she was in college to become an attorney. “I enjoy being able to give clients peace of mind by helping them navigate complex or unfamiliar issues,” said Gore, an associate at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock.

“I was able to help communities around the state obtain federal and state funding to help repair damage done by the Arkansas River flooding event” in 2019, said Gore, whose practice includes municipal finance, tax and general corporate transactional matters.

A Little Rock native, Gore received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas, Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences, and later graduated from Charleston School of Law. She earned her master’s of law in taxation from Georgetown University in 2019 and joined the Rose Law Firm.

Gore also is a volunteer for the Court Appointed Special Advocate for Pulaski County, known as CASA, which advocates for foster children in the court system. In addition, she volunteers in the infant/toddler unit at Arkansas Children’s in Little Rock to support parents and guardians and comfort babies in the hospital.

She said she plans to “continue learning and continue developing my skills as an attorney just so I can provide the best legal service possible to the firm’s clients.”
