IRA/New Accounts Specialist I - #5476


Bank OZK is seeking a dynamic professional who is interested in our open IRA/New Accounts Specialist position, Requisition 5476. The position will be located at our Ozark, AR Operations Center.

To perform daily back office deposit operation functions, assist existing and new branch
locations with performing their IRA/HSA New Account responsibilities in a professional
and accurate manner according to Bank policy and procedure.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Perform daily back office IRA/HSA new account verification functions
2. Assist current and future branch staff in performing their IRA/HSA new
account responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner
3. Process and verify new and revised customer IRA/HSA account
4. Process and verify customer IRA/HSA maintenances
5. Generate required governmental reporting.
6. Gather data for management reporting.
7. Monitor, process, & verify annual required minimum distributions
8. Monitor, process, & verify scheduled distributions
9. Perform tax reporting corrections
10. Review and correct DDA, Savings, Time Deposit IRA and HSA tax reporting
11. Assist with New Account Verification job duties as needed
12. Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work

1. High School diploma or equivalent
