Summary of Job Description:
Responsible for general accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash deposits, expense reports, bank reconciliations and county records.

Qualifications:
Requires a High School Education or equivalent. General knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices. Five plus (5+) years bookkeeping experience, including familiarity with payroll, fixed assets, debt, and financial statements. Proficiency wtih ten key by touch. Proficiency with typing skills of 40 wpm. Knowledge of computer operations including Windows, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Quicken, Great Plains, and general DOS accounting software packages.
