Position Information/Description: To coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Mayor's office; to perform research and analyses on a wide range of community and constituent issues; to provide professional support in the coordination and implementation of special programs and initiatives for the Mayor's short and long range goals and objectives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assistant to the Mayor, Administrative Assistant to the Mayor, and assigned part-time employees and student interns.

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements: These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related area; four (4) of public sector experience to include experience in community and constituent services or related area; one (1) year of supervisory experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be a resident of the City of Little Rock within ninety (90) days of employment. (Per City Manager directive)
