Position Information/Description: To oversee the redevelopment and neighborhood revitalization program through property acquisition, land banking, project management and land disposal.

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements: These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Urban Development, Public Administration or a related area; two (2) years of experience working with development, real estate management, or a related area to include legal acquisition of properties. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid Arkansas Real Estate Sales License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.

Must be a resident of the City of Little Rock within ninety (90) days of employment; must maintain residency for the duration of employment in this position.
