Position Information/Description: To provide assistance to the general public and fellow employees by listening, answering questions and providing information regarding non-emergency City services over the telephone; takes and responds to a high volume of telephone calls in compliance with all applicable 311 Service Center guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Additional Requirements: These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of High School; one (1) year of customer service experience that involves receiving, processing and responding to customer inquiries via telephone or related area; one (1) year of computer experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
