Lyon College seeks a Programming Assistant for the Morrow Academic Center. This is a 12-month, 20-hour per week position with a start date of August 1, 2019. Responsibilities include scheduling student testing; assisting in coordinating disability services including scheduling meetings and gathering
paperwork to initiate academic accommodations; proctoring exams; assist in supervising the summer tutoring program; and other duties such as student early alert responding and receptionist functions. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and some experience
with providing student academic support.
Lyon College is located in Batesville, Arkansas, a safe and historic town of 10,000 that serves as commercial, medical, social, and governmental hub for an eight-county area and named by USA Today as the best city to live in in Arkansas. The College currently enrolls almost 700 undergraduate students
