Benefits Manager

Description:

The Benefits Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and administering TNAA’s benefit programs such as medical, dental, and vision along with applicable policies and procedures. This position will act as a point of escalation, source of guidance and assistance along with educate and train employees about benefits packages and administering leaves of absences programs. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day responsibilities and performance of the benefits team.

Candidates must have two to three years of related experience and one to two years of supervisory responsibilities along with exceptional writing and communication skills, display strong organization and time management skills, strong PC skills, the ability to work independently with little supervision, are collaborative, and effectively prioritize multiple projects.
